THE TSL INDUSTRY TODAY AND TOMORROW
We invite you to participate in a two-day conference dedicated to the most important challenges and real-world solutions for transport, forwarding, and logistics companies.
This event is designed for business owners, fleet managers, accountants, and anyone who daily grapples with rising costs, legal changes, and market pressures.
During the first day of the fair, we will focus on cost optimization and business security. Experts will demonstrate, among other things, how to reduce insurance and fuel expenses, effectively manage fuel cards, finance TSL operations in difficult times, and deal with the consequences of cargo theft. We will also address current issues related to the legalization of non-EU drivers, modern fleet management, and the real impact of electromobility on heavy transport.
The day will conclude with a transport debate on the cooperation between carriers and business partners in times of crisis.
The second day of the event will focus on the future and practical preparation of companies for the upcoming changes. We will discuss the risks and benefits of using freight exchanges, truck rental, the use of AI to improve fleet efficiency, and cybersecurity in TSL. Participants will also learn how to properly calculate driver time, prepare their company for ITD inspections, recover German tolls, and what legal changes await the industry in 2026-2027.
The event will conclude with a debate on the future of road transport and realistic scenarios for companies by 2030.

Digital transformation of the TSL sector
The conference ‘Digital Transformation of the TSL Sector’ will focus on key technological changes that are redefining the functioning of transport, freight forwarding and logistics. The event programme combines expert presentations with a moderated debate, creating a unique space for the exchange of knowledge and experience, as well as in-depth reflection on the directions of digitalisation in the TSL sector in technological, organisational and regulatory terms.
The first part of the conference will focus on the presentation of practical experiences and current trends related to the automation of transport and logistics processes, the use of artificial intelligence in vehicle fleet management and the application of advanced analytical tools, such as digital twins and predictive systems supporting decision-making. An important element of this part will also be a discussion of cybersecurity, data protection and the consequences of the implementation of new European regulations, including the NIS-2 Directive, for the functioning of companies in the TSL sector.
The event will culminate in a panel discussion on the technological transformation of the TSL industry, in which experts will discuss how to effectively combine innovation and operational efficiency with the requirements of security, digital resilience and responsible risk management. The panel will create a space for an inspiring debate on the challenges and directions of development of modern, safe and competitive transport.

The transport, freight forwarding and logistics sector is currently at a turning point. Progressive automation, the development of artificial intelligence and the digitisation of operational processes are permanently changing the way transport services are planned, managed and delivered. These changes open up new opportunities for development, but at the same time pose significant challenges in the areas of security, system resilience and risk management.
The conference ‘Digital Transformation of the TSL Sector’, organised during the MT TSL 2026 trade fair, provides an excellent space for reflection and discussion on these challenges. It will be an opportunity to learn about key technological trends, exchange experiences with industry experts and take a joint look at the future of modern and safe transport.
