THE TSL INDUSTRY TODAY AND TOMORROW

We invite you to participate in a two-day conference dedicated to the most important challenges and real-world solutions for transport, forwarding, and logistics companies.

This event is designed for business owners, fleet managers, accountants, and anyone who daily grapples with rising costs, legal changes, and market pressures.

During the first day of the fair, we will focus on cost optimization and business security. Experts will demonstrate, among other things, how to reduce insurance and fuel expenses, effectively manage fuel cards, finance TSL operations in difficult times, and deal with the consequences of cargo theft. We will also address current issues related to the legalization of non-EU drivers, modern fleet management, and the real impact of electromobility on heavy transport.

The day will conclude with a transport debate on the cooperation between carriers and business partners in times of crisis.

The second day of the event will focus on the future and practical preparation of companies for the upcoming changes. We will discuss the risks and benefits of using freight exchanges, truck rental, the use of AI to improve fleet efficiency, and cybersecurity in TSL. Participants will also learn how to properly calculate driver time, prepare their company for ITD inspections, recover German tolls, and what legal changes await the industry in 2026-2027.

The event will conclude with a debate on the future of road transport and realistic scenarios for companies by 2030.

The conference is not only about knowledge, but also about networking, sharing experiences, and specific tools that can be implemented in your company immediately after the event.

Join us and discover how to effectively run a transport company today—and prepare it for tomorrow.

Transport operators in 2026: legislation, tachographs, inspections and costs

The year 2026 does not give carriers the comfort of postponing decisions until later. Legal changes, rising operating costs, greater control pressure and new obligations for buses and international fleets mean that what counts today is not general knowledge, but specifics: what needs to be implemented, what needs to be ensured and where companies most often make mistakes. From 1 July 2026, the obligation to use tachographs and the rules on driving and rest times will also apply to some vehicles over 2.5 tonnes in international goods transport and cabotage. At the same time, companies operating 2.5-3.5 tonne vehicles in international transport must already have a Community licence.

This event has been created for transport company owners, fleet managers, dispatchers, and those responsible for compliance, accounting and operations development. Instead of broad debates about ‘the future of the industry’, we focus on practical answers: how to prepare your company for change, how to reduce the risk of penalties, how to organise your documentation and how to use technology not only to ‘see your fleet’, but to actually manage it better.

During the conference, TSL market experts, transport law practitioners and new technology specialists will show how to get through 2026 without costly mistakes. Participants will gain knowledge that can be immediately transferred to their companies: from tachographs and working time, through inspections and fines, to road tolls, formal obligations and technologies supporting transport supervision. This direction is particularly relevant today because road tolls for heavy vehicles in the EU must be differentiated according to CO₂ emissions, and from 2026, the cost of air pollution for heavy vehicles will also be included in the toll systems.

If you run a transport company, manage a fleet or are responsible for regulatory compliance, this event is simply not to be missed. It offers three hours of specific, up-to-date and practical knowledge about tachographs, drivers' working hours, inspections, costs and technologies that really help to organise transport.

Come and get answers that you can implement right away — before the market and regulations do it for you.

LOGISTICS UNDER CONTROL: MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND WMS IN THE TRANSPORT OF DUAL-USE PRODUCTS

How can efficient logistics be combined with growing security and regulatory compliance requirements? During the conference, we will demonstrate how modern management systems and the Internal Control System (ICS) support transport and logistics companies in the secure handling of dual-use goods.

Participants will learn a practical approach to compliance in the TSL sector, discover how management systems build real operational security, and find out how to effectively integrate export control requirements into the day-to-day running of an organisation.

Why should you attend?

  • You will understand the role of the ICS in a transport and logistics company,
  • you will learn about the key responsibilities associated with handling dual-use items,
  • you will discover how to combine a management system with export control requirements in practice.

This event is for those who want to operate consciously, safely and in compliance with regulations, without compromising operational efficiency.

Optimizing driver compensation – will there still be savings to be made in 2026?

Labor costs for drivers are rising, regulations are becoming more complex, and many companies continue to lose money due to errors in payroll processing. During the presentation, I will show where overpayments most often occur and which elements of the payroll system can still be optimized today—legally and safely. Participants will leave with concrete takeaways and a list of things worth checking in their own companies as early as the next day.

I will discuss the upcoming regulatory changes that will affect carriers operating vehicles weighing up to 3.5 tons starting July 1, 2026, particularly regarding tachographs and the tracking of drivers’ working hours. Drawing on DRIVIA’s experience, I will provide practical guidance on how to prepare a transport company for the new regulations.

  • How does cost pressure affect the profitability of companies?
  • Is the industry changing its operating models?Block

2: Energy Transition and Regulation

  • Is the pace of the energy transition realistic from the industry’s perspective?
  • How are companies preparing for regulations (Mobility Package, Fit for 55, ESG)?
  • What are the main barriers to transformation today?

Block 3: Fuels and Technologies

  • What role will alternative fuels play versus electromobility?
  • Is the electrification of heavy transport realistic in the coming years?
  • Which technologies will be key to maintaining competitiveness?

Block 4: Geopolitics and Energy Security

  • To what extent is the current situation around the Strait of Hormuz (Iran–USA) a real threat to the continuity of fuel supplies?
  • Is a scenario of fuel prices exceeding PLN 9 per liter and/or physical shortages realistic today? How should the industry prepare for this?
  • How would potential disruptions in oil supply (with approximately 20–25% of global oil trade passing through this route) impact transport costs and the entire TSL sector?
  • Are we prepared for a supply shock—not only in terms of prices, but also logistics (e.g. limited fuel availability, extended supply chains)?
  • What could be the impact of this situation on the broader economy—inflation, production, and trade?
  • Have Europe (and Poland) learned lessons from previous energy crises?

Block 5: Industry Perspective and the Future

  • How is cooperation within the supply chain evolving?
  • Where are the biggest opportunities and risks over the next 3–5 years?

Digital transformation of the TSL sector

The conference ‘Digital Transformation of the TSL Sector’ will focus on key technological changes that are redefining the functioning of transport, freight forwarding and logistics. The event programme combines expert presentations with a moderated debate, creating a unique space for the exchange of knowledge and experience, as well as in-depth reflection on the directions of digitalisation in the TSL sector in technological, organisational and regulatory terms.

The first part of the conference will focus on the presentation of practical experiences and current trends related to the automation of transport and logistics processes, the use of artificial intelligence in vehicle fleet management and the application of advanced analytical tools, such as digital twins and predictive systems supporting decision-making. An important element of this part will also be a discussion of cybersecurity, data protection and the consequences of the implementation of new European regulations, including the NIS-2 Directive, for the functioning of companies in the TSL sector.

The event will culminate in a panel discussion on the technological transformation of the TSL industry, in which experts will discuss how to effectively combine innovation and operational efficiency with the requirements of security, digital resilience and responsible risk management. The panel will create a space for an inspiring debate on the challenges and directions of development of modern, safe and competitive transport.
