Enspirion - Justyna Czapiewska

Justyna Czapiewska - Director of Telecommunication Services Office. With over 15 years of experience in project management and product implementations. She also specializes in financial and economic analyses for a wide spectrum of investments. Since 2012, she has been working at Enspirion, a part of the Energa Group, and since 2019 in the Telecommunication Services Office, responsible for implementing and developing products and services as well as managing implementations for customers of dispatcher communication services in the TETRA standard.

Tomasz Gierałtowski

Tomasz Gierałtowski – Deployment Engineer With over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, as an installer, integrator, designer, and manager of many projects. He actively participated in the development and transformation of telecommunications networks in Poland and abroad (United Kingdom, Sweden). He collaborated at various levels with all mobile network operators in Poland and abroad (Orange, T-mobile, Plus, Play, Hutchison 3G), as well as with major suppliers of radio and network equipment used in the construction of 2G/3G/4G/5G networks (Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei, Alcatel, Tellabs, Anritsu, Kathrein etc.). At Enspirion, he serves as a Deployment Engineer in the implementation of projects in critical and dispatch communications mainly based on the TETRA standard and devices from Motorola and DAMM.

Paweł Wojtysiak - born in 1972, holds a master's degree in hydrology and environmental protection from the Faculty of Earth Sciences at the University of Silesia in Katowice. For over 20 years he has been dealing with GPS technology and its applications in modern transport. For 14 years, he has been associated with the American telematics provider Trimble Transport, where he implements processes of implementation and support of telematics systems in transport companies. His track record includes implementations at the largest Polish hauliers.
